Michael Cannon-Brookes – Estimated Net Worth Today: $10.3B.

Mike Cannon-Brookes is cofounder and co-CEO of collaboration software firm Atlassian, based in Sydney.

With Scott Farquhar started Atlassian in 2002, shortly after graduating from university, funding it with credit cards.

He is also an adjunct professor at the University of New South Wales School of Computer Science and Engineering. 

He and fellow billionaire Andrew Forrest have been in disagreement over their joint venture, Sun Cable, a renewable energy company. As a result, they have decided to put Sun Cable up for sale.

In 2022, Cannon-Brookes acquired a minority stake in Australian energy company AGL Energy.
