Abstract
An object of the present invention is to prevent 'deteriorations,' such as oxidization and deformation of micro solder spheres during storage. The micro solder spheres are packed in a containercomprising an air permeable material. A deoxidizing and drying agentto be disposed externally to the containeris provided. The containerand the deoxidizing and drying agentare placed in a bag memberimpermeable to air, and the bag memberis sealed in an air-tight condition. Before sealing, the bag membermay be air evacuated. A plurality of containersmay be held by a holding membersuch that they are fixed in positions relative to each other.
