Abstract

A method of preparing a nanoscaled dye@ZIF-8-based colorimetric sensor is provided, in which a ZIF-8 nanomaterial is first prepared from Zn(CHCOO)and the 2-methylimidazole, and then the ZIF-8 nanomaterial is dispersed with ethanol and mixed with a colorimetric solution. The resultant mixed solution is added with polyethylene glycol-300 and applied to a substrate to obtain the nanoscaled dye@ZIF-8-based colorimetric sensor. This application further provides an evaluation method using the nanoscaled dye@ZIF-8-based colorimetric sensor, in which a back propagation neural network is established as the food quality evaluation model to evaluate the food quality.
