Jeffrey Addison Grant

Jeff Grant is a Centurion Inventor and currently serves as Senior Director of Global Innovation at Hayward Holdings. With more than 25 years of experience as an innovation and design leader, Jeff specializes in translating user insight, rapid prototyping, and emerging technologies into scalable market demand.

At Hayward, he leads innovation strategy, advanced technology development, AI enablement, and intellectual property creation across current and future product platforms, driving growth at the intersection of connected products, smart environments, and customer experience.

Jeff’s career spans an unusually broad set of industries and disciplines, from designing satellite hardware for NASA, to inventing consumer products and play experiences at IDEO, to reimagining the commercial client experience at Bank of America. He is known for operating at the intersection of disciplines, bringing together inventors, designers, engineers, marketers, and storytellers to turn bold ideas into real-world impact.

He holds a degree in Engineering: Product Design from Stanford University, where he received the Chilton Memorial Prize for Excellence in Product Design for his senior thesis. A former Division I NCAA Qualifier and four-time varsity letter winner in wrestling, Jeff also served as team captain.

Outside of work, Jeff maintains his competitive edge through submission grappling and Jiu-Jitsu tournaments. Each fall, he channels that same intensity into constructing an immersive, multi-story haunted trail in his backyard - an annual experience for hundreds of spectators and spooktators to look forward to.
