A structure including an Mlevel including a first Mmetal, a second Mmetal, and a third Mmetal abutting and electrically connected in sequence with one another, the second Mmetal including graphene, and an Mlevel above the Mlevel, the Mlevel including an Mmetal and a via, the via electrically connects the third Mmetal to the Mmetal in a vertical orientation.
