Abstract
In a device, assembly and method for separating meat from bone parts, at least a chamber () is provided for receiving bone parts which are connected to meat, having a first open end () and a second open end () which is located opposite the first open end (), a plunger (), first displacement means for displacing the plunger () inside the chamber () from the first open end () thereof, and a stop element () at the second open end () for creating a closed space () together with the chamber () and the plunger (). A pressure is applied to the bone parts by displacing the plunger () in the chamber (). The stop element () is arranged at a distance from the chamber (), so that at least one gap () is formed between the chamber () and the stop element (), for the passage of meat which has been separated from the bone parts under the influence of pressure.
