Abstract

Randomized fats from triglycerides are disclosed which have a fatty acid composition of: 20-50% C18:0, 30-60% C18:1, 5-15% C16:0 and 0-15% C18:2. The fats display a solid fat content at the temperatures indicated of: N10&equals;10-30, N20&equals;8-20, N30&equals;5-8 and N35<5.
