Abstract
Disclosed are ultrafiltration processes for the enrichment and concentration of selected proteins from protein conaining fluids. Illustratively, IgG is concentrated from whey by means of multiple ultrafiltration 'passes', using a metallic oxide ultrafiltration membrane, which are characterized by differing pH's.
