Abstract
A stable, oil-in-water type, fine particle, fatty emulsion which is regulated with a pH value regulator consisting of an organic amine and a buffer solution to a pH value of 6.0 to 8.0, said fatty emulsion having a fatty particle size of not larger than 2.mu.. The fatty emulsion can stably be kept for a long period of time without lowering of the pH value and aggregation of the fatty particles.
