Abstract

An object is to provide a probe card for high-temperature inspection at low cost. A wiring boardthat supports a large number of probes, a heat-generating filmformed on the wiring board, and a pair of electrode terminalsthat supplies a current to the heat-generating filmare provided, and the heat-generating filmis formed on a surface of the wiring boardby applying a heat-generating coating material in which fine carbon particles are dispersed in a binder.
