Abstract
A sous vide device () including an outer housing () within which there is located a heated tube () surrounding inner tubular wall (), with the inner tubular wall () providing a first duct (), and a second duct () being provided between the inner tubular wall and outer tubular wall with the first duct () and second duct () co-operating to provide a fluid flow path extending from an inlet () to an outlet (), with vanes () being attached to the inner tubular wall () so as to be rotatably driven thereby to cause the liquid to pass along the fluid flow path.
