His specialties include: Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant HSM development (PCI-HSM) and certification; PCI PIN consult for HSM, Key Blocks & Application; Java, C, Applications development; Software Engineering Best Practices; Security and Secure Application Engineering; HSM development; Code and Design Review Methodologies; PPC Linux; Embedded Linux; Windows Dev; Disaster Recovery; and Network Access File Systems.
Mr. Kisley received his MS, Computer Science from Duke University in 2001.
Mr. McNeil is an Industrial Designer.
He received his BFA, Industrial Design with a Minor, Graphic Design from the University of Notre Dame in 2010.
Ms. Crist is the Managing Director, Head of Institutional Strategy and Execution of TIAA.
She is a results driven leader and Chief of Staff with demonstrated experience in business management, six sigma, operations, product management and development, strategy, and project planning and execution across multiple industries.
Ms. Crist received her BS, Industrial Engineering (graduating summa cum laude) from University of Pittsburgh, and her MS (with thesis, Industrial Engineering and Andrews Fellow) from Purdue University, and was part of the Bank of America/Columbia Business School Women’s Leadership Program in 2013.
Mr. Kathman is a results-oriented technical leader with proven business acumen. Repeated success bringing new technologies to market utilizing cross-functional teams. Effective communicator who brings an extremely broad toolbox of skills to address complex technical challenges.
Mr. Kathman received his bachelor’s degree, Applied Physics from Purdue University in 1985 and his master’s degree, Applied Physics from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1990.
Mr. Belton is a Director, Cyber Security Engineering at Ally.
He has over 17 years’ experience in leadership roles managing and motivating people; leading cross functional and diverse teams, executing strategic planning initiatives, program control and project management, and providing operational support aligned with business imperatives.
Mr. Belton has focused on Information Technology (IT) Strategy and Business Alignment, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Infrastructure Management, Information & Cyber Security and Process Modelling & Engineering and Adoption.
He received his BSBA, Management Information Systems from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business in 2001.
