Ms. Patel is currently the QE Lead at Cash App, having spent time at Credit Karma and IBM previously. She has over 15 years of professional experience in IT in a variety of software roles, in all phases of system development lifecycle including designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases and test processes.

Ms. Patel received her bachelor’s degree, Computer Science from UNCC in 2002 and her master’s degree, Computer Science from UNCC in 2003.
