A first conductive line is formed in a dielectric layer, followed by a mandrel with a spacer on its sidewall. The mandrel is replaced with conductive material, forming a via that connects the first and second conductive lines.

Methods for measuring and reporting positioning signals by a target user equipment (UE) are described.
