Prior to joining XDC, he was a Technical Manager with Semprius, as the Leader of display projects with X-Celeprint, and CEO of Wearifi.

Patent №: 12051762 (July 30, 2024) – Hybrid electro-optically controlled matrix-addressed systems. An electro-optically controlled active-matrix system includes a substrate with row wires and column light-pipes. Controllers provide electrical signals to row wires and optical signals to light-pipes. Pixels on the substrate have circuits responsive to both, receiving electrical signals from row wires and optical signals from light-pipes.

Ferdinando Bedeschi
Fellow at Micron Technology.
Patent №: 12051463 (July 30, 2024) – Decoder architecture for memory device.
An apparatus includes a memory array with a cell and access line, and a two-stage decoder. The decoder provides a first voltage during initial access and a second voltage during subsequent access. In the second stage, a first transistor supplies the first voltage when the source voltage exceeds the gate voltage by a threshold.

Patent №: 12050698 (July 30, 2024) –Determining application attack surface for network applications. Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for computing attack surface scores include the following processes. An attack surface score service collects data on open ports for an application and calculates an attack surface score using this data and common attack ports. A policy engine decides whether to apply a vulnerability reduction policy and implements it based on the decision.

Patent №: 12052202 (July 30, 2024) – Sidelink synchronization signal block priority. In some instances, user equipment (UE) may transmit a sidelink synchronization signal block (S-SSB) using a high priority listen-before-talk (LBT) parameter. The UE may then engage in communication with another UE based on the S-SSB with the high priority LBT parameter.
