Patent №: 12041610 (July 16, 2024) – Techniques for PDSCH/PUSCH processing for multi-TRP. In some embodiments, determining PDSCH HARQ-ACK timing involves configuring a UE for single-DCI multi-TRP PDSCH operation, identifying a first and second PDSCH within a slot, and determining minimum HARQ-ACK timing using symbols from either or both PDSCHs.

Patent №: 12041606 (July 16, 2024) – Systems, methods, and apparatus for resource allocation for a scheduled pusch transmission in an unlicensed spectrum. A method for Msg-3 transmission resource allocation on an unlicensed spectrum involves receiving a random access response (RAR) grant with a 12-bit frequency domain resource allocation (FDRA) field. For type-1 resource allocation, the FDRA field is zero-padded to interpret the starting position of allocated resources for scheduled PUSCH transmission. Some embodiments use a virtual Bandwidth Part (BWP) to determine the starting position and length of the allocated resources.

Patent №: 12041583 (July 16, 2024) – Slot aggregation and selective prioritization for physical sidelink feedback channel communications. A wireless device receives control information specifying time slots to transmit a first acknowledgment message over a sidelink feedback channel and transmits control information specifying time slots to receive a second acknowledgment message. The time slots partially overlap, and the device determines which data packet has higher priority. The acknowledgment message for the higher priority data packet is transmitted or received during the overlapping time slots.

Patent №: 12041568 (July 16, 2024) – Extending a time gap range for non-terrestrial networks. The UE receives a scaling factor and an offset from the base station through RRC signals, along with downlink control information (DCI) indicating an initial time gap. The UE calculates a new time gap by applying the scaling factor to the initial time gap and determines the uplink transmission slot based on the new time gap and the offset.

Patent №: 12041526 (July 16, 2024) – Layer 2 UE to UE data forwarding. These methods operate at Layer 2 of the protocol stack. Data packets sent on the UE-to-UE relay include an adaptation header with routing information (e.g., Layer 2 addresses, bearer-specific index). An adaptation layer in Layer 2 decodes these headers.

Patent №: 12040868 (July 16, 2024) – CMR and IMR configuration enhancement for multi-TRP CSI-RS reporting. This configuration includes multiple CSI-RS resource sets, each with several CSI-RS resources, with at least one set corresponding to either TRP. The network decodes a CSI measurement communication from the UE, based on the single reporting configuration, and schedules downlink data transmissions accordingly.

Patent №: 12040859 (July 16, 2024) – Codebook subset restriction for enhanced type II channel state information reporting. A base station may transmit a codebook subset restriction (CBSR) to a device, including frequency and spatial restrictions. The device sends channel state information (CSI) based on this CBSR. The CBSR includes maximum allowed amplitudes for weighting coefficients related to a precoding matrix. The number of frequency bases and compression units is determined by criteria such as the number of antennas and subbands.

Patent №: 12038822 (July 16, 2024) – Tenant database placement in oversubscribed database-as-a-service cluster. Tenant database placement in an oversubscribed database-as-a-service cluster is based on per-node estimates of resource demand violations, using past usage data of similar databases. The placement aims to minimize resource violations by comparing expected violations per node. For simultaneous placements, configurations are scored based on estimates, with the lowest score determining the optimal placement.

Patent №: 12040378 (July 16, 2024) – Ferroelectric or anti-ferroelectric trench capacitor with spacers for sidewall strain engineering. A ferroelectric-based capacitor enhances memory reliability by applying tensile stress via a metal, semimetal, or oxide spacer (e.g., Al, Ti, Hf, Si, Ir, or N), inducing beneficial phases in the ferroelectric and anti-ferroelectric materials, thereby improving memory window and thin film reliability.

Patent №: 12037506 (July 16, 2024) – Moisture-curable polyolefin formulation. A moisture-curable formulation comprising a (hydrolyzable silyl group)-functional polyolefin prepolymer and an ascorbyl carboxylate ester, along with methods of making and using it, a cured polyolefin derived from it, and articles made from it.

Patent №: 12037469 (July 16, 2024) – Method of making a homogeneous mixture of polyolefin solids and solid additive. A method for making a homogeneous mixture of polyolefin solids and a particulate additive without melting them involves applying acoustic energy at 20 to 100 hertz to a heterogeneous mixture of these materials for a sufficient time to intermix them while keeping the temperature below their melting points.
