Abstract

A developer composition with a conductivity of from about 10.sup.-6 to about 10.sup.-12 (ohm-cm).sup.-1 over a toner concentration of from about 1 to about 6 weight percent, which developer is comprised of a toner containing resin particles, pigment particles and a metal salt of a fatty acid; and carrier particles with rough surfaces thereon.
