Abstract

Provided is recombinantcomprising a mutated ldhA gene. Disclosed are use of the recombinantin the preparation of D-lactate, and method of preparing D-lactate by employing the recombinant. In the method of preparing D-lactate, fermentation can be conducted at a high temperature (42-50° C.), and aqueous ammonia or sodium hydroxide can be used as a neutralizer during the fermentation.
