Abstract
The synthetic circuitsynthesizes an offset voltage from an offset voltage generatorwith a signal output from the other end of the first coiland supplies the synthesized signal to the other end of the second coilthrough an output matching resistor. A potential difference detection unitdetects a potential difference between both ends of the output matching resistor. A comparison circuitoutputs an overcurrent detection signal when a voltage value of a detection signal from the potential difference detection unitexceeds a positive or negative threshold voltage. When the overcurrent detection signal is input, a control unitturns off the switching meansand forcibly disconnects the synthetic circuitfrom the output matching resistor
