The first base memberA and the second base memberB are installed at the adapterin order to interpose a box nutof the adaptertherebetween and are fixed by fixing means. A flexible rod-like static electricity neutralizing contactis erected on the second base memberB parallel to the adapter. The static electricity neutralizing contactis brought into contact with a central conductor and an outer conductor of a coaxial connectorbefore the coaxial connectorof a coaxial cableis connected to the adapter, and static electricity in the charged coaxial cableis neutralized.
