Abstract
A movable waveguide blockhaving transmission linesandslides in a non-contact manner between a first end surfaceof a first fixing waveguide blockhaving transmission linesandand a second end surfaceof a second fixing waveguide blockhaving a transmission line, and switching of propagation paths is performed. GroovesA,B,A,B,A,B,A,B,A,B,A,B,A, andB having depths equivalent to ¼ of a guide wavelength of an electromagnetic wave of a leakage prevention object are provided in pairs around openings of the transmission lines, andfacing each other across a gap between blocks. Accordingly, unintended leakage of electromagnetic waves to the transmission lines via the gap between the blocks is prevented, and isolation increases.
