Abstract
Genetically engineered mice having a corrected Crb1mutation and methods for correcting the Crb1mutation to produce the genetically engineered mice are provided according to aspects of the present invention. Kits, expression vectors and fusion proteins according to aspects of the invention are provided for use to produce the genetically engineered mice characterized by a corrected Crb1mutation.
