The light irradiation molding apparatusis constituted so that a pair of the rubber die unitsA andB are made to come close to each other while the thermoplastic resinarranged in the cavityis molten by the light X applied from the light irradiation means, and a molded articleof the thermoplastic resinis formed in the cavityhaving a reduced volume.
