Abstract
The present invention concerns a coating wax for food product, comprising at least one block copolymer formed of at least one block polymer (A) derived from the polymerization of at least two monomers (M), the same or different, derived from long chain fatty acids, the said long chain comprising 14 to 34 carbon atoms; and of at least one block polymer (B), different from (A), derived from the polymerization of at least two monomers (M), the same or different, derived from short chain fatty acids.
