Abstract

Colored radiation-sensitive composition includes (A) a dye multimer, (B) an alkali-soluble resin containing at least one kind of repeating unit selected from a group consisting of a repeating unit represented by the following Formula (b1) and a repeating unit represented by the following Formula (b2), (C) a polymerizable compound, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator. In the formulae, each of Rand Rindependently represents a hydrogen atom, an aryl group, or an alkyl group, and among these, an aryl group is preferable. Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, Rrepresents an alkylene group having 2 or 3 carbon atoms, and m represents an integer from 1 to 15.
