Abstract

A wire harness having good heat-release performance as well as having simple structure and configuration and can be manufactured at low cost is provided. Also, the wire harness which can fulfill electromagnetic shield function is provided. A wire harnessincludes a thick high-voltage electric wirewhich electrically connects an inverterand a battery, a tubular protection memberarranged outside of the high-voltage electric wireso the high-voltage electric wire is passed therethrough, and a heat-transfer-and-shield membermade of metal. The tubular protection memberincludes a cylindrical circular pipehaving good heat-release performance, two corrugated tubesand two protectors. The heat-transfer-and-shield memberis one component constituting the high-voltage electric wireand is arranged in indirect contact with an inner faceof the circular pipe
