Abstract
An endoscopic treatment systemof the present invention includes an overtubethat is inserted into the body of a patient. An endoscopeand a suturing deviceare inserted into the overtube. The overtubehas a long and flexible tube main body, and a chamberis provided at the distal end of the tube main body. The chamberhas a lateral holeformed on the lateral surface thereof. The width of the lateral holeis set such that a lesion can be drawn into the lateral holewhile preventing other organs on the periphery of the lesion from being drawn into the lateral hole
