To provide a mobile communication terminal test device and a mobile communication terminal test method capable of enabling a tester to intuitively know a set transmission power variation. A mobile communication terminal test deviceincludes: a pseudo base station devicethat transmits and receives a signal to and from a mobile communication terminal; a transmission power setting display processing unitthat generates an input screen for inputting the set values of the transmission power of the pseudo base station deviceand a variation in the transmission power over time; an operation unitthat inputs the set values; a transmission power graph display processing unitthat generates a graph indicating the variation in the transmission power over time using the set values; and a display unitthat displays the graph.
