A mobile communication terminal test deviceincludes a pseudo base station devicethat is connected between a mobile communication terminal, which is a test target, and a virtual connection device, a table storage devicethat stores various tables, a parameter input unitthat inputs information about TM, MCS, and NRB, a TBS acquiring unitthat acquires TBS on the basis of the input information and various tables stored in the table storage device, a packet transmission rate calculating unitthat calculates the theoretical value of the packet transmission rate from TBS, and a display unitthat displays the theoretical value of the packet transmission rate.
