Abstract
The present invention refers to a strain ofdeposited in the Deutsche Sammlung von Mikroorganismen and Zellkulturen GmBH (DSMZ) under the accession number DSM 18775, as well as to compositions, cultures and food products comprising thereof. The strain of the invention is useful for preserving food products, especially under refrigerated conditions.
