Abstract

A flip-flop circuit (FF) of the present invention includes master latch circuits (LATand LAT), slave latch circuits (LATand LAT), C-element circuits (CE, CE, CE, and CE), and inverter circuits (INV, INV, INV, and INV). The inverter circuits (INVand INV) are interconnected to each other between the C-element circuit (CE) and the C-element circuit (CE). The inverter circuits (INVand INV) are interconnected to each other between the C-element circuit (CE) and the C-element circuit (CE).
