Abstract
The present invention relates generally to novel macrocycles of Formula (I): or stereoisomers, tautomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, or prodrugs thereof, wherein the variables A, B, C, D, L, M, W, Z, Z, Z, Z, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, and Rare as defined herein. These compounds are selective inhibitors of factor VIIa which can be used as medicaments.
