Abstract

There is provided a method for producing a hyperbranched polymer. A method for producing a hyperbranched polymer comprising polymerizing a dithiocarbamate compound of Formula (1): wherein Ris H or CH; Rand Rare individually a Calkyl group, etc., Ais Formula (2) and/or Formula (3): wherein Ais a linear, branched or cyclic Calkylene group that optionally contains an ether bond or an ester bond and X, X, Xand Xare each independently H, a Calkyl group, etc., by heating at 50 to 250° C.
