A substituted dihydroazole compound of General Formula (1) or a salt thereof: where A, A, Aand Aare independently C—Y or N, Ais —CH—, etc., Gis a benzene ring, etc., Gis G-1, G-6, G-9, etc., X is a halogen atom, Chaloalkyl, etc., Z is methyl, —NH, etc., Ris —C(O)R, etc., Ris Calkyl, etc., Ris H, Calkyl, etc., Ris Chaloalkyl, etc., Ris H, cyano, methyl, etc., m is an integer of 1, 2, 3, etc., n is an integer of 0 or 1; and a pest control agent comprising the compound or the salt thereof.
