Abstract
A foodstuff of a tablet or capsule, includes: an extract of a plant of genus; and at least one of calcium carbonate and silicon dioxide in an amount of 1% by mass or more based on the total mass of the tablet or capsule, wherein 50% inhibition concentration (ICvalue) of sucrase is 10 μg/ml or more and 300 μg/ml or less.
