Abstract
The present invention provides compounds useful for prevention, treatment or alleviation of diseases against which activation of the thrombopoietin receptor is effective. A compound represented by the formula (1): wherein A, B, R, L, R, L, L, Y, L, Rand X are the same as defined in the description, a tautomer, prodrug or pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound or a solvate thereof.
