Abstract
The present invention aims to provide a method for increasing transformation efficiency in plants when compared to conventionally known-mediated methods. In the present invention, one of the features is to comprise a coculture step for culturing an-inoculated plant tissue with a coculture medium containing 3,6-dichloro-o-anisic acid.
