Abstract
A mounting structure of the present invention includes a semiconductor element, a circuit boardhaving electrodesopposed to electrodesof the semiconductor element, and conductive two-layer bumps. Second bumpsjoined to the electrodesof the circuit boardare formed larger than first bumpsjoined to the electrodesof the semiconductor element. The axis of the first bumpand the axis of the second bumpare not aligned with each other.
