Abstract
In a spectroscopy module, a light passing holethrough which a light Ladvancing to a spectroscopic portionpasses is formed in a light detecting element. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the relative positional relationship between the light passing holeand a light detecting portionof the light detecting elementfrom deviating. Moreover, the light detecting elementis bonded to a front planeof a substratewith an optical resin adhesive. Thus, it is possible to reduce a stress generated onto the light detecting elementdue to a thermal expansion difference between the light detecting elementand the substrate. Additionally, the light transmissive platecovers a part of a light incident opening. Thus, a light incident side surfaceof the optical resin adhesivebecomes a substantially flat plane in the light passing hole. Therefore, it is possible to make the light Lappropriately incident into the substrate
