Abstract
A computational component for establishing a communication between a contactor and a contactee is provided that includes a user configuration agentoperable to (a) determine a network configuration requirement resulting from a disability of at least one of the contactor and the contactee, (b) incorporate the disability network configuration requirement in a communication set-up message; and (c) forward the communication set-up message to a communication device associated with the contactee.
