Abstract
The present invention provides methods and compositions comprising at least one glucose oxidase enzyme, wherein the glucose oxidase has improved storage stability. In some preferred embodiments, the glucose oxidase enzyme is stable after exposure to elevated temperatures. In some alternative preferred embodiments, the glucose oxidase has improved storage stability in liquid formulations. In some particularly preferred embodiments, the present invention provides methods and compositions comprising glucose oxidase(s) obtained fromsp. In some more particularly preferred embodiments, the glucose oxidase is obtained from. The present invention finds use in applications involving cleaning, including personal care applications.
