Abstract
A plating process apparatus () for small objects, including a treatment cell () formed by combining a base plate (), a bottom plate (), an electrode ring () and a cover () using bolts (), energizes a plating solution within the treatment cell () while bringing the small objects () into contact with the electrode ring () and circulating the plating solution () from the inside of the treatment cell () to the outside thereof through a flow-out means by rotating the treatment cell () with a vertical rotation shaft (), thereby plating the small objects (). The apparatus () is characterized in that the flow-out means is a gap channel formed between adjacent sheet members () by sandwiching the sheet members (), each having a dimension smaller than a minimum dimension of each small object (), between the bottom plate () and the electrode ring () circumferentially at appropriate intervals.
