Abstract
A pusherthat pushes a semiconductor device under testagainst a test socketin a semiconductor test apparatusis provided that includes a main body sectionthat is thermally coupled with the thermal sourceand a plurality of device pushing sections, each of which is physically and thermally coupled to the thermal source, is displaced toward the test socketby the pushing force of the main body sectionto contact a surface to be pushed of a semiconductor device under test, pushes the semiconductor device under test, and transmits heat from the thermal sourceto the semiconductor device under test. Thermal conductivity between the pusher and the semiconductor device under test is enhanced to provide a pusher that can quickly and accurately test a semiconductor device.
