Abstract
An apparatusfor transferring a stick for suspending loops of sausages, includes: a stick supporting meansfor supporting the stickat a positionlocated downwardly of suspending portionsof hookseach having the suspending portionfor suspending the loopof the sausages; a first stick transfererwhich is raised from a lowermost positionlocated downwardly of the sticksupported by the stick supporting meansto an upper positionlocated upwardly of the hooksto raise the stickmoved onto the first stick transfererfrom the stick supporting means, and which is subsequently lowered to the lowermost position; and a second stick transfererwhich is provided at a position upwardly distant from the hooksand which is raised to an uppermost positionlocated upwardly of the upper positionto raise the stick, which has been moved onto the second stick transfererfrom the first stick transferer, to the uppermost position, and which is subsequently lowered toward the upper positionto lower the stickwith the loopsof the sausagessuspended therefrom.
