Abstract
A settlement system includes a mobile communication terminal, an input device, and a settlement device. The input device transmits data of a charge to the mobile communication terminal and transmits the data of the charge to the settlement device. The settlement device transfers an amount of money from a first account to a second account and transmits report data of the amount of transferred money to the mobile communication terminal. The mobile communication terminal includes a first reception unit to receive the data of the charge, a second reception unit to receive the report data of the amount of transferred money, a display to display the data of the charge and the report data of the amount of transferred money, and a memory able to store the data of the charge at least until the report data is received by the second reception unit.
