Abstract
A first springis provided between a support memberdriven in the Z-axis direction and a heat block, and biases the support memberand the heat blockin the direction of separating them from each other. A second springis provided between a first pusherfor pressing a dieof an IC deviceand a second pusherfor pressing a substrateof the IC device, and biases the first pusherand the second pusherin the direction of separating them from each other. According to an electronic device handling apparatus having the above configuration, it is possible to respond to changes of kinds of electronic devices, improve surface conformance and uniformly press an electronic device with an accurate load.
