Abstract

A transmission device () for a vehicle with an electric machine () that is arranged in a housing () is described. The electric machine () can be placed in active connection with a rotating component () that can be guided in the power flow of the transmission device such that a level of torque that can be generated by the electric machine () can be transmitted to the component (). At least one electric component (Y) that comprises power electronics for the electric machine () is arranged in a cross-sectional area inside the housing () that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the electric machine () and is located directly adjacent to the electric machine ().
