Abstract

The invention relates to a weight sensor comprising strain gauges which are deposited in thick films on a support (). The support is made from an electrically-insulating material which is intended to be applied to a metallic body () that is essentially subject to bending. According to the invention, the support () comprises a ceramic material which has a Young's modulus Ethat is equal to or less than that Eof the biased metallic body () and which is applied to the latter by means of gluing.
