Abstract
Embodiments of a medical device and methods for percutaneously treating a heart valve. In one embodiment, the medical device has a first cardiac tissue fastener having a first lock, a second cardiac tissue fastener having a second lock, and a chord coupled to the first and second fasteners. Pulling the chord engages the first lock with the second lock.
