Abstract
A first springis provided between a support memberdriven in the Z-axis direction and a heat block, and biases the support memberand the heat blockin the direction of separating them from each other. A second springis provided between a first pusherfor pressing a dieof an IC deviceand a second pusherfor pressing a substrateof the IC device, and biases the first pusherand the second pusherin the direction of separating them from each other.
